New Home Production Climbs to Highest Point Since October 2008

New Home Production Climbs to Highest Point Since October 2008 according to figures released by the US Commerce Dept.

This good news comes on the heels of a very depressing 60 Minutes story last Sunday about the state of the housing industry in this country.  Hopefully, things are on the mend.

Take another real close look at  the bogus hopium numbers. They are B.S. It's really only MULTI-FAMILY starts that are up. Another great example of changing the rules while the game is being played.

I can't wait for nar's revised home sale numbers. Let's see what kind of spin this crap gets.
